Friday, September 1, 2017, my dad went to APOLLO MILLING, to purchase 2 bags of dog food, which my family has done on a monthly basis for years. The young man, who is the owner's son, waited on Him, he was unnecessarily rude and refused to stamp his frequent buyers card. When my dad asked why he didn't stamp his card, his reply was "I don't forget", we believe he was referring to a previous encounter where he and my dad had words regarding the store hours. My dad just wanted him to know that the hours on the website were wrong that it said they were closed earlier then they actually were. He was extremely rude then, and said "that they don't have a website" but my dad thought everyone has a bad day, so he would go back once again. After today we will NEVER return. Someone needs to teach this guy that it's people like us, that keep his business running, and we will now spend our $ somewhere else. I think his Dad needs to be more aware of what's going on in that store and how his son is treating their customers.
